Terms of Service

Hi! These are the simple terms for using lunashopau.com and buying Luna's digital PDFs from Luna Shop (“we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing or buying, you're agreeing to them — and they're written in plain English, so here goes.

What you're buying

Everything we sell is a digital PDF download — calendars, journals, planners, guides, bundles and licenses. Nothing physical gets posted, so there's no shipping and no waiting. You'll need a device that opens PDFs, and a printer if you want paper copies.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. Payment goes through our payment provider, and once it's confirmed you'll get an instant download link by email. Bank or currency charges from your side are yours.

Getting your download

Delivery is normally instant, but sometimes an email filter, outage or payment review can slow things down. If your link hasn't arrived, email info@lunashopau.com and we'll sort it. Please keep your email current and your download links to yourself.

Refunds

Because your PDF is delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. That said, nothing here takes away any rights you have under Australian consumer law — if something's genuinely faulty or not as described, send us your order details and we'll fix, replace or refund it as the law requires.

Your license

Personal: Print and use it for yourself, at home, non-commercially. Please don't share the files, resell copies, upload to shared drives or pass it off as your own.

Practitioner: You can print and share finished pages with your own clients, classes or retreats (within any attendee limits on the product). No reselling, no sharing the source files, no passing the license on.

Resell (PLR): You can rebrand and resell finished products under your own name, following the rules on the product page. You can't sell the PLR rights themselves, give the whole pack away free, or hand out editable files. Your sales claims, service, taxes and legal bits are your responsibility.

Who owns what

We (or our licensors) own the website and the products. Buying gives you a limited, personal license to use them — it doesn't transfer ownership of the artwork or design.

A gentle note on lunar info

Our products are for reflection, planning and enjoyment — not medical, financial or professional advice, and not a substitute for qualified care. Moon phase dates are prepared in good faith but can vary by time zone, location and method, so check critical dates yourself.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we can limit liability, we'll choose to re-supply the product or cover its cost. None of this affects your Australian consumer law rights.

Changes

We may update these terms now and then — the date above shows the current version. Changes apply from when they're published.
