We also collect the usual website info — device, browser, pages viewed, referral source and cookie identifiers. Your card details are handled by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your PDF, answer support questions, keep order records, send service messages, keep the site secure, understand how it's used, and — only where you've said yes — send you the occasional moon-letter with offers and resources.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to run the shop: our payment, hosting, email, analytics and accounting providers. They can only use it to do that job for us, not for their own purposes. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
